Stresse.st offers stress testing services strictly for legitimate, authorized use. You must have permission to test the infrastructure.
2. Authorized Usage
Prohibited: testing government, banking, education, or critical systems.
Prohibited: any attempt to automate attacks without API access is punishable by permanent account blocking.
You confirm you have explicit permission to test the target.
Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Accounts may be terminated upon legal complaint without investigation.
3. Account Responsibilities
Sharing accounts is not allowed.
Multiple accounts per user are prohibited.
All account information must be accurate.
Violations may result in termination without refund.
4. Payments and Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Plans auto-renew unless cancelled beforehand.
Prices may change with prior notice.
5. Privacy and Security
No logs of attack history are kept.
We may comply with valid legal requests.
Users are responsible for their own operational security.
6. Service Limitations
Downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.
We do not guarantee success or bypass of protections.
Performance varies depending on the target infrastructure.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
No refund is issued upon termination.
Some terms survive termination.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We define downtime as any continuous period where Stresse.st is fully inaccessible for more than 5 minutes, whether planned (e.g., maintenance) or unplanned.
To ensure fairness, we apply the following compensation policy:
5+ minutes of downtime: 1 extra day added to your subscription
